Who can use the site
You may use JobInventory if you are at least 16 years old and located in the United States. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
JobInventory is operated for job seekers only. Employer accounts, recruiter accounts, and candidate-search tooling are not offered, sold, or available through any back channel. Attempting to scrape candidate data or impersonate a job seeker for recruiting purposes is a violation of these terms and of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
Accounts & access
Accounts are free. You can browse JobInventory without one. An account is required only to save jobs, set alerts, and use the autofill feature. Accounts can be deleted at any time from your account page; deletion is irrevocable and removes all profile data, saved listings, alerts, and search history within 24 hours, with backup purges completing within 30 days.
About the listings
Every listing on JobInventory is sourced from a partner feed (an applicant-tracking system the employer authorized) or directly from the employer's careers page. JobInventory is the index, not the employer. We do not author, edit, screen, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing's content.
If you believe a listing is fraudulent, expired, or duplicated, write to [email protected]. We will re-pull the source feed on the next refresh cycle.
Partner feeds
JobInventory accepts feeds from applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and equivalents) and direct from employer careers pages. There is no fee, sponsored tier, or pay-to-prioritize option. Listings are ordered by editorial relevance, freshness, and salary signal — not by payment.
Privacy & data
We collect: account email, what you save, what you search for, what you click, and (if you upload one) your resume — stored locally in your browser and only transmitted to an ATS when you click "apply" and confirm.
We do not collect: your social-network identity, your contacts, your location beyond city level (used only to filter listings), or your behavior across other websites.
We do not sell, license, share, or otherwise hand off any of the above to third parties — including recruiters, data brokers, ad networks, or AI training datasets. Period.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are a California resident under the CCPA, an EU/UK resident under the GDPR, or a resident of any state with comparable consumer-data law, you have the right to: (a) know what we hold about you; (b) export it; (c) correct it; (d) delete it. All four are exposed as buttons on your account page. For complex requests, write to [email protected].

The site is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the conduct of any employer, the truthfulness of any listing, or the outcome of any application. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our maximum aggregate liability is one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
